The Supervisory Board of Citi Handlowy has appointed Elzbieta Czetwertynska as the deputy chief executive officer of the bank’s management board as of June 18, 2021. The Supervisory Board said it would ask the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority (KNF) for approval to appoint Elzbieta Czetwertynska as the president of the management board and until then entrusted her with the duties of acting CEO of the bank. At the same time, Elzbieta Czetwertynska will supervise all Citi operations in Poland as Citi Country Officer.
