Transactional banking at Citi Handlowy for yet another year in a row took first place in a prestigious ranking of Euromoney magazine, winning the “Market Leader” and “Best for Overall Service” titles. For six years now the bank has been an unquestionable leader in Treasury and Trade Solutions on the Polish market.

Citi Handlowy constantly implements new solutions in transactional banking and, thus, improves the standard of the services provided to its clients and simplifying cash management. This year bank has introduced, among others, instant transfers via API and a category of “easy payments” in e-banking. The bank continues to support its clients in conducting businesses simultaneously on many markets by offering complex foreign settlements management and an access to payments in more than 200 currencies in the electronic bankin gsystem from anywhere in the world. It helps clients adjust their settlements to the changes in the regulatory environment on an ongoing basis, by organizing expert thematic sessions, training sessions and workshops, which were attended by over 1,300 participants in this year alone.
The results of the Euromoney Cash Management Survey 2015 confirmed the strong position of the banks within Citi group. Yet again, Citi took the first place in the category “Cash Management Market Leader” in the region of North America, Africa and in 14 countries. It also made it to the top as one of the leaders in the category “Best Overall Service” in Africa and Latin America, repeating the success from the previous editions of the ranking and, for the first time, in Central and Eastern Europe and in 16 countries.
Euromoney Cash Management Survey is a prestigious ranking conducted regularly by Euromoney Magazine. The ranking includes leading financial institutions managing cash. This year, over 25,000 people responsible for finance in the companies serviced by these institutions voted in the survey. The ranking is considered the most comprehensive and authoritative market summary in terms of cash management.
